To me, owning and running a business is one of the most powerful pathways to freedom.
Freedom of time.
Freedom of finances.
Freedom to choose how you spend your days, what you prioritize, and what dreams you decide to fund.
Running a laser business was never easy for me. It was challenging, exhausting, and at times overwhelming. But it was also one of the most transformative experiences of my life. Building my business taught me discipline, resilience, creativity, and confidence—lessons I never could have learned in a traditional job.
It was a crash course, but the lessons will last.
Every strategy in this course came from real trial, real mistakes, real late nights, real troubleshooting, and real wins. Nothing here is theory. Everything here was earned.
And now, as I transition back into my dream role—opening a micro-school and returning to education—I wanted to give all of that hard-earned knowledge back. This course is my way of passing on the systems, insights, guidance, and shortcuts I wish I had when I started.
I genuinely believe that if you follow this roadmap—if you apply these strategies with consistency and intention—you can build your own version of freedom too.

This business gave me opportunities I never thought possible. It allowed my husband and I to work creatively together while also both being home to raise our children. It helped us purchase two homes, something I never imagined would be possible. It supported a salaried team member, and paid family and friends to essentially hang out and create with us throughout the year. And ultimately, it funded my return to teaching in a way that serves my community on my own terms.
My hope is that your laser business becomes more than a side hustle. I hope it becomes a tool that funds your dreams, supports your family, and gives you the autonomy to design your life.
